Community Service

Issued by Husson University

Community Service is an excellent way to develop additional skills and knowledge for career preparation. Earners of the Husson Community Service Badge will be identifying community service opportunities within their area, establishing communications with a host site, and performing one to five hours of community service. To wrap up the experience, earners will then reflect on your experience in relation to their career aspirations.

Earning Criteria

Students will be identifying community service opportunities within their area, establishing communications with the host site, and performing one to five hours of community service. Students will then reflect on their experience in relation to their career aspirations. These substantial reflections are then submitted and reviewed by an advisor.
