Restorative Justice (RJ) holds the worldview that individuals exist in a state of "right relation" unless disrupted by "harm." RJ defines harm as an individual valuation that right relation has been violated by one or more individuals, and offers practices for voicing and repairing harm. Earners of this badge have participated in eight hours of community-building circles that examined harm through the lens of restorative justice, and designed a circle to process conflict.
