Community Circle Design requires a co-keeper skill set for guiding community circles through question rounds. It also requires capacities for closing circles out with an affirmation of theme or intent. Earners of this badge have completed three, hour-long community circle activities and documented their co-keeping skills with a written community building plan. With this plan, they worked as co-keeper to guide a circle through five rounds of questions without pushing participants towards answers, and closed out a circle with an affirmation of theme or intent. This documentation is submitted for review to a DEI Inclusion Officer.
