  • Recorded sessions on the topics of: What is Mediation?, Setting Up a Mediation, Ethics, Role as a Mediator, Opening and Closing Statements, Reflective Listening, Remote Mediation, Neuroscience of Conflict, and Dealing with Difficult Parties
  • Live virtual sessions provided time for questions and skills practice in the areas of: Setting up a mediation and introductions, storytelling, reality testing, dealing with adversity, negotiations, and settlement agreements.
  • A final mock mediation provided participants with an opportunity to practice skills and receive feedback from instructors along the way.
