They will be able to perform both simple and moderately sophisticated automation tasks that would previously have required more expertise. Their primary job function is a business SME, outside the field of automation and IT developer. The Citizen Automator acts as a bridge connecting automation developers and business users.

Demonstrate application of automation methodologies: 1) Identify an Automation mentor for project guidance, presentation review and final assessment/approval; 2) Identify a mentor approved project OR select a project from the given project pipeline; 3) Mandatory completion of a hands-on project to create a bot using IBM RPA Studio to automate a process or portion of a process.
