Earning Criteria
- Must be an employee of IBM, or IBM Contractor.
- Explore the IBM Agile Academy and familiarize yourself with: a) Burn-up Charts; b) Cross-Functional Teams; c) Definition of Done; e) Dysfunctional Behavior; f) Empathy Mapping; g) Experience Backlog; h) Feature Decoupling; i) Release Wall.
- Hold TWO external (and updated) Agile certifications. One MUST BE an Advanced PO certification (PSPO or CSPO certification).
- Demonstrate 1,000 engagement hours as an Agile PO.
- Build your eminence by sharing TWO examples of a practice that you created or that you used. For reference, check out the Practices page on the Agile at IBM site.
- Exchange experiences by posting at least FIVE "Here's what I did. What would you have done differently?" at the PO Slack channel and collaborate in the discussion.
- Mentor another Agile PO for at least 20 hours.
