Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM, or IBM Contractor
Complete the self-paced portion of the Agile Product Owner Intermediate learning plan (8 self-paced courses).
Complete a recognized Agile Product Owner course resulting in external certification, which includes content about Product Owners and their critical role in an Agile team, what is expected of them, and how they enable teams to deliver. We recommend the Agile at IBM Product Owner course, however we also recognize other external Product Owner courses. Hence the requirement is successful completion of a PO course aligned to scrum.org (PSPO) or scrum alliance (CSPO).
Explore the IBM Agile Academy and familiarize yourself with: a) Acceptance Criteria; b) Agile Estimation; c) Backlog Refinement; d) Planning Poker; e) Servant Leadership; f) Showcase; g) Story Points; and h) User Stories.
Hold ONE external (and updated) Agile PO certification (PSPO or CSPO certification).
Demonstrate 500 engagement hours as an Agile PO.
