Demonstration of fundamental and advanced project management skills such as change and risk management, financial management, and project and workplan definition and tracking;

Demonstration of stakeholder interaction and communication management;

Demonstration of advanced Excel skills such as macros, formulas, and advanced pivot tables needed for managing projects and creating reports;

Application of Agile Project Management Methods as well as teaching traditional Waterfall Project Management Methods;

Articulation of IBM Services Delivery Model for effective project management;

Earn PMI-CAPM;

Successful completion of the Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship final program project, as validated by assigned IBM mentor;
