Earning Criteria

• Earner is an employee of IBM
• Demonstrated understanding of managing, delivering and deploying automation solutions across Robotic Process Automation, Cognitive Automation and Enterprise Custom Automation work streams for automata development activities. This also covers automation project lifecycle and governance practices, agile management, design thinking and project finance management. Click here for the course link.
• Demonstrated the skills acquired as a automation project manager by performing: Define automation scope of work and outputs for engagement; Leverage Automation best practices; Deploying automata solutions and realizing value for client; Managing risks, resolving issues and completing actions during project lifecycle; Project status reporting and communication management
• Demonstrated performance at the IBM Experienced skill level by providing two stakeholder feedback statements (or project assessments) for two different periods. This IBM skill level is defined as: Repeated, successful application of the subject area with demonstrable results in multiple environments. Has a solid level of expertise in this subject area.
• Demonstrated core skills: Concise communicator; present in team meetings; take accountability; serve in small team lead roles; serve as coach or mentor; participate in recruiting and other practice give-back programs; use feedback as a coaching tool.
• Cognitive & Dynamic Automation: Complete 2000 person hours on Automation engagements in a Project Manager role managing a team of at least 10 developers and consultants; Acquire experience varying around one or more accounts/projects with a delivery of minimum 10 automata/use cases
• Enterprise and Custom Applications Automation: Complete 2000 person hours on Automation engagements in a Project Manager role; Deployment of 30+ ECA automation assets (or Ticket Analytics solution) in at least 15 accounts, covering at least one from each of the below areas : ECA assets from the published ECA asset catalog/DevOps/CAST/Harvesting of ECA assets and inclusion in ECA asset catalog/Ticket Analytics (Identification of automation opportunities and presentation to account stakeholders)
• Test Automation: Complete 2000 person hours on Automation engagements in a Project Manager role; Deployment of 12+ Test Automation levers (or pilot) in multiple accounts, covering below mentioned areas: IQP sub-components like CTD, OTFA etc/IDA and/or other test automation assets and solutions like UIAF, ITDG, etc/Validation & review of test automation deployment OR Deployment of IGNITE QUALITY PLATFORM (IQP) in one account
