Earning Criteria

Must be an IBM employee with a minimum of ten years of professional experience.

Provide two examples from an external client engagement or IBM internal project where the learner has demonstrated the IBM Consulting Way habits by applying core consulting skills; examples must be within the last 12 months.

Received at least two stakeholder feedback statements (internal IBM or client) that confirm the learner has demonstrated application or mastery of the core-consulting skills they have shared evidence on.
