Option 1: Demonstrated the value of Lean Six Sigma to clients by: Taking part in a instructor led workshop and built an understanding of the GBS Lean Methodology; Providing awareness of core Lean principles and tools; Leading, or making a significant contribution to, a Future State Component in implementation; Achieving recognition by submitting a storyboard (Report Out) and references in the prescribed format to the relevant Lean Certification Panel

Option 1: Completed the Fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma e-learning and passed the course test with a pass mark of at least 85%

Option 1: Participated in one or more Value Stream projects, or two Kaizen events as a Change Team Member or Sponsor demonstrating the core skills in the GBS Progression and Promotion Model.

Option 1: Demonstrated the process consulting skills criteria as defined in the GBS Progression & Promotion model

Option 2: Selected as a CI bootcamp attendee and successfully completed the bootcamp to be a CI Ambassador

Option 2: Demonstration of CI Skills by performing one of the CI methods or tools that has been learned in the bootcamp for the GBS client account that resulted in measurable benefits such as margin expansion, process efficiency, cost optimization, client satisfaction etc.
