Demonstrated Lean Six Sigma to clients by: Attending the Value Stream Improvements course/a local equivalent & passing the course test; Completing a minimum 6 months ‘tour of duty’ where they co-facilitate instructor led workshop sharing knowledge of Lean methodologies with Change Team Members and Co-leading a Lean Project through implementation to deliver benefits; Demonstrating knowledge of Value Stream Mapping & other Lean tools; Submitting a storyboard & attending a 10 minute panel interview

Completed the Fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma E-learning and passed the course test with a pass mark of at least 85% and Attending the Value Stream Improvements course/a local equivalent & passing the course test.

Co-led at least one Value Stream Project or two Kaizen events with minimal 1040 hours demonstrating the core skills in the GBS Progression and Promotion Model.
