Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM.

Articulate the value of thought leadership to clients and professional networks 3 or more times through email outreach, one-to-one presentations, social post, etc.

Identify and leverage a minimum of 3 thought leadership studies to guide and shape the development of new Thought Leadership content by bringing forward strategic IBM business priorities for growth, emerging market trends, key challenges facing CxOs, Business & Technology Leaders, and recommendations for how to address them.

Take action to encourage IBMers to leverage Thought Leadership in their engagements with clients 5 or more times through webinar participation, email outreach, or integrating insights into key communications, strategic planning, and/or assets.

Leverage Thought Leadership in 3 or more complex deals.

Research a minimum of 2 thought leadership sources to author 5 or more original thought leadership pieces on social media or other external platforms such as blogs, articles, Linkedin.
