• Demonstrated deep knowledge of Cloud Security, Architecture, Performance, Data Layers, GraphQL, Advanced NoSQL storages. Successfully completed the associated learning path and knowledge assessments for a total of 40 hours.
• Demonstrated the application of knowledge by performing activities that include: Architect and implement secure cloud orchestration infrastructure for Web Solutions; Develop highly fault-tolerant, performant and reactive front-end and back-end systems using JS technologies; Architect end-to-end web systems that scale in cloud in a flexible manner; Analyse current technology stacks and suggest best fitting solution stacks for Web Solutions to complement
• Demonstrated successful application of the knowledge and activities over a period of 3 years > 4000 hours
• Performed at the IBM Expert level, supported by two stakeholder feedback statements for two different periods. The IBM Expert level is defined as: Recognized as an authority in the subject area, independently handling unique situations in complex environments and assisting others. Mentors and helps develop less experienced peers in the subject area
• Demonstrated the core skills by:  Persuasive communicator build story telling ability; Instill accountability in self and others; recognized team leader; begin to develop eminence; contribute to practice growth; dedicated practice mentor; actively give and receive feedback
• Understand the importance of the IBM Way and how it relates to User Experience and Design activities
• Earned the Javascript Full Stack Development badge
• Is a follower of nodejs twitter handle, and uses the community to get answers to questions
• Coached at least 2 people through the process of adopting JavaScript Full Stack Architecture.
• Is an active member of stackoverflow.com following #nodejs and #react and #angular tags and helps community by answering queries and by sharing expertise with others on a continuous basis
• Contributed to the evolution of Javascript Full Stack Architecture by creating at least 2 assets e.g. Solutioning guidance, case studies, blogs, best practice, white papers, POV
