Earning Criteria

• Earner is an employee of IBM.
• Demonstrated understanding of full-stack JS development, express, React, Angular, APIs, TDD Successfully completed the associated learning path and knowledge assessments for a total of 28 hours.
• Demonstrated the application of knowledge by performing activities that include: Develop web systems in an end-to-end fashion, across frond end and back end application stacks; Develop web solutions with server-side-rendering capabilities and high SEO throughput; Write solutions in a continuous integration and continuous delivery manner.
• Demonstrated successful application of the knowledge and activities over a period of 1.5 years and > 2000 hours.
• Performed at the IBM Foundation level, supported by two stakeholder feedback statements for two different periods. The IBM Foundation level is defined as: Knowledge of the subject through formal or informal education or work activity exposure but limited, if any, application of the skills in the subject area.
• Demonstrated the core skills by: Concise communicator; present in team meetings; take accountability; serve in small team lead roles; serve as coach or mentor; participate in recruiting and other practice give-back programs; use feedback as a coaching tool.
• Earned one of the following badges:
• JavaScript Front End Development
• JavaScript Back End Development
• Is a follower of nodejs twitter handle, and uses the community to get answers to questions.
• Is a member of the front-end slack workspace community and uses the community to get answers to questions.
