Achieved the Acquired level on at least one of the Kepner-Tregoe Analytical processes: Problem Analysis; Potential Problem Analysis; Decision Analysis as described in the Kepner Tregoe Problem Management behaviours document.

Situation Appraisal Identify Concerns - Focuses on the initial concern as expressed by the client. Set Priority - Assigns priority according to IBM guidelines. Plan Next Steps - Understands concept and requires minimal assistance in identifying appropriate use of process. Action plans are basic. Plan Involvement - Attempts to work issue themselves until they reach a major block. Ownership of the action plan is basic.
