Complete the P-TECH Internship Level 1 Technical Learning Plan, which includes required AI learning and then learners must complete 3 of 8 options on the following roles / topics: Sales, Consultant, Developer, Data Scientist, Product Manager, Designer, Marketing, & Mainframe.
Perfect attendance virtually to all scheduled team and plenary sessions and in-person at the intern's designated site.
Complete all mini-lessons on Practera.
Attend all IBM guest speaker sessions and activities.
Present a final team project at the Intern Expo on the impact of AI in a specific industry.
Maintain a positive standing in P-TECH's Summer Internship Performance Management System.
