Earning Criteria

• Must have led three completed initiatives within the last three years with Highly Satisfied or Satisfactory Executive Champion (EC) ratings.
• Initiative leaders build teams and drive projects to address problems for IBM customers, partners, and employees. Skills include: the ability to organize and manage cross-business unit, global teams with a range of job levels and roles; strategic, process-driven thinking to reach outcomes; the ability to excite and engage a team to achieve success; understanding the technology or techniques needed to achieve a solution; successful completion and presentation of project outputs or assets.
