The badge earner regularly and significantly contributes to, and supports, IBMs privacy mission. The badge earner must provide evidence of at least 4 contributions to IBMs privacy mission for a calendar year. For example, hosting recurring Business Unit privacy calls, contributing to Chief Privacy Office projects, or supporting other Business Units with their privacy matters.

The badge earner has contributed to safeguarding and promoting privacy outside of IBM. The badge earner must provide evidence of at least 2 contributions to privacy outside of IBM. For example, obtaining privacy certifications, or working with recognized privacy organizations.
