Team members attend the Product Academy for Teams course - 9 hours of instruction on best practices and team behaviors across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
Teams align on a governing document / activity to create (Opportunity Assessment, Epic, Data Analysis, Team Health Assessment); Teams complete the governing document / activity to: demonstrate the adoption of the PDLC practice, and evidence their ability to make decisions as a team; Individuals write a reflection evaluating the team’s success in leveraging the new document / activity and submit to the Leadership & Learning team
