Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM. The target audience is all Product Managers in Software, if you are interested in attending please reach out to your people manager.

Complete attendance to a Product Management Academy - Foundations in-person sessions (27 hours total across 5 days experience).

Demonstrate product skills by completing the Capstone activities with a live presentation. The learner is expected to present (1) product 1-pager and (2) outcome based roadmap. Optional artifacts include the PRFAQ and Market POV for the presentation. Evaluation panel will assess: customer-oriented value proposition, impact metrics geared around product feature success and customer needs, competitive differentiation, a defensible roadmap sequencing, and presentation skills.
