An IBM Foundation Solution Consultant is responsible for preparing the solutioning artifacts. They spend time build effort estimations and staffing plans using standard methods and processes. They leverage IBM offerings, services, accelerators, assets, delivery centers, delivery models, hardware and software products while building the solution. At the Foundation Level, they may participate in the solutioning phases.

Earning Criteria

Must be an IBM Employee.

Successfully solutioned at least two or more deals as a lead Solution Consultant using IBM building blocks and offerings.

Has at least ten hours of give back to the community (e.g. conduct training, sharing best practices, submitting idea for solution improvement, participate Solconnect, Solinnoator etc.)

Completion of Solution Consultant Induction and Onboarded to SOOT.
