Earning Criteria

The badge is available for IBMers who are participants of the Supplier Management Program. To join the program, follow the instructions available on the Program website.
Complete the Supplier Management Learning plan
Complete the mentoring/shadowing program. Submit a presentation describing 3 successfully completed tasks during the period of the Active shadowing. The presentation should also contain at least one idea for improvement (impacting either the vendor relationship or the client experience), built in the form of a business case (presenting the idea, the practical realization of it and the outcome). Deliverables will be evaluated by Supplier Management Committee (Supplier Focal, SLL, Buddy)
