Earning Criteria

Complete the mentoring/shadowing program. To earn the badge, you will need to submit a presentation describing 3 successfully completed tasks during the period of the Active shadowing. The presentation should also contain at least one idea for improvement (impacting either the vendor relationship or the client experience), built in the form of a business case (presenting the idea, the practical realization of it and the outcome). Deliverables will be evaluated by SRM Committee (SRM, SLL, Buddy).
