IC Mask Design’s ESD Layout course is a bottom-up course, covering the layout of each individual protection element, through to the correct assembly of whole chip ESD schemes for robust ESD protection. It covers traditional approaches to ESD protection through to more advanced techniques such as implementing SCR’s, with and without external trigger circuits, for use on more advanced nodes and designs.
