Earners are able to define learning outcomes and develop mechanisms to measure learner progress and achievement. These candidates are able to structure learning, sequence learning events, identify and select delivery formats, and design formative and summative assessments.

Earning Criteria

  • Earners craft instructional design documents and course blueprints based on a real-world project. They must design clear course paths that align with the desired performance outcomes. These candidates outline the instructional strategies, organized content, write assessments, and sequence the learning activities.
  • Earners must submit the instructional design document and course blueprint to IDOL Academy faculty for evaluation. This is a pass-fail assessment.
