Narrative Approaches to Organisational Coaching

This program is designed for experienced coaches (IECL Level 1 Certification or equivalent) who are ready to advance their practice and deepen their coaching impact. Narrative approaches can be successfully used in coaching scenarios where limiting beliefs are holding the client back, or strongly ingrained “stories” are playing out within the organisation’s culture. This program counts towards ICF's Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs).

Earning Criteria

Attend a three day intensive, experiential coaching skills workshop.

Complete preparation work online, before and after the workshop.

Successfully pass two written assignments.

The ICF core coaching competencies were developed to support a greater understanding of the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession as defined by the International Coaching Federation.
