An IECL Level 1 Certified Organisational Coach has the essential tools and techniques to coach individuals. They understand what organisational coaching is and have learnt and applied IECL's four core foundational models of organisational coaching. Coaches with this badge are also able to demonstrate the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies and this course is the first step in IECL's ICF accredited Level 1 ACC pathway.
