An IECL Level 2 Certified Organisational Coaching qualification builds on the Level 1 tools, techniques and skills with a focus on relational intelligence. The focus of coaching at this level shifts from coaching the situation to coaching the meaning being made of the situation. Coaches with this badge are also able to demonstrate the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies at an advanced level. This is the first step in coaching education towards an ICF Level 2 PCC Pathway.

Earning Criteria

The ICF core coaching competencies were developed to support a greater understanding of the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession as defined by the International Coaching Federation.
