Level 3 Accreditation continues the coach's trajectory towards the mastery of the craft of coaching, specifically their ability to coach in complex organisational systems. It covers the advanced knowledge and skills requirements of an effective Organisational Coach. Participants will understand the social, cultural and ethical issues relating to coaching in order to think critically and respond appropriately. From 2023, this course is replaced by Narrative Approaches to Organisational Coaching.

Earning Criteria

Attend a three day intensive, experiential coaching skills workshop.

Complete preparation work online, before and after the workshop.

Successfully pass a written exam.

Complete three mentor coaching sessions.

Successfully pass a written "action learning project".

The ICF core coaching competencies were developed to support a greater understanding of the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession as defined by the International Coaching Federation.
