Principles of Organisational Coaching

This program complements and adds to theory explored in IECL's Certification and Accreditation courses. It is also a subject in IECL’s Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership qualification in partnership with Charles Sturt University (CSU). This program enables trained coaches to deepen their practice by exploring the theoretical underpinnings of coaching and coaching practice. Application of learning is used to develop a robust and customised professional development plan.

Earning Criteria

Complete 90 hours of reading, self study and work on assignments.

Complete 50 hours of participation in an online ‘social learning community’ including discussion forums.

Successfully pass two written assignments of approximately 2,000 words each.

The ICF core coaching competencies were developed to support a greater understanding of the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession as defined by the International Coaching Federation.
The Code of Ethics is designed to provide appropriate guidelines, accountability and enforceable standards of conduct for all ICF Members and ICF Credential-holders, who commit to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.
