The program is based on the Workplace Management Framework and considers Workplace a strategic asset. It is designed to enhance management skills, align strategies to business goals, deliver a unique workplace experience & strengthen cross-disciplinary leadership efforts. Students learn about increasing workforce effectiveness & improving business outcomes through the integrated management of people, technology & space. Completion of program requirements leads to a Certificate of Completion.

Earning Criteria

Completion of Module 1: Introduction to Workplace Management. Students actively participate in Lectures and Workshop exercises to learn: 1) Why workplace experience is increasingly important to ‘C-Suite’ leaders in the quest to attract & retain talent, inspire and optimize workforce effectiveness. 2) How to gain competitive advantage through the Workplace Experience 3) How to align workplace to business strategy.
Completion of Module 2: The Art and Science of Change Management. Students actively participate in Lectures and Workshop exercises to learn: 1) What are the drivers of change in the workplace and the challenges of managing change/workplace transformation 2) Understand the challenges of change on human behavior 3) How to design a Change Program
Completion of Module 3: Capacity, Project and Risk Management. Students actively participate in Lectures and Workshop exercises to learn: 1) What levels of capacity and commitment to the physical/virtual workplace as well as the services and technologies needed to achieve the strategic purpose 2) How to identify what success looks like in terms of the workplace program 3) How to use continuity Planning to identify/analyze and balance risk-opportunity trade-offs.
Completion of Module 4: Performance, Improvement and Resource Management. Students actively participate in Lectures and Workshop exercises to learn: 1) How to define and measure what matters in terms of the workplace management framework 2) How to build a success culture and virtuous circle of improvement mindset 3) What resources are needed to deliver the desired workplace experience and how to manage/measure the use of assets and services.
Completion of Final Workshop: Students actively participate in Workshop lectures and case study exercises in order to present: 1) An organizationally aligned and integrated Workplace Strategy and Roadmap 2) How to develop a Workplace Experience that supports an organization’s people in contributing and achieving their best work everyday. 3) How to prepare an organization for change and the transition to new ways of working 4) Methods for Measuring, Monitoring and Celebrating Success
