An Outreach instructor is defined as a specialist or expert in the subject area, because of education, training, experience, or other qualifications. IICRC Outreach Instructors are authorized to train employees of mills and manufacturers of floor coverings.

Earning Criteria

1. Application materials sent to the I&S Committee for review. 2. If approved, a notice will be posted on the I&S discussion board for 14 days allowing comments to be submitted to the I&S Chair. 3. If after 14 days there is no evidence to hold the application from approval, the I&S Committee submits the application to the Board of Directors at the next available Board Meeting. 4. Final approval by the Board of Directors.
1. Obtain 90% or higher on the last revision of the applicable exam. 2. Minimum of twelve years of formal education. 3. Completion of an Accredited “Train the Trainer” or Public Speaking Course (minimum 8 hours). 4. Master level achieved and/or specific category requirements. 5. Resume or CV. 6. Introductory video to answer questions specific to the category applying for. 7. Participate in a live interview (video conference.)
