This course provides an overview of inclusivity and belonging. Belonging is the ultimate outcome of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and practices. This course includes modules on topics such as: the intersection of DEI and belonging, self-reflection on inclusion and belonging experiences, socioecological frameworks of inclusion and belonging, methods and resources to foster inclusivity and belonging, and developing and sustaining a sense of belonging and inclusion.

The 15-hour mini-courses build on each other to help you become proficient in practices that support diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and belonging to build inclusive environments. Through a variety of exercises, stories, case studies, videos, reflections, and activities, you will increase self-awareness, discover personal biases, and develop equitable practices to support any organizational milieu.
