Educators with multicultural classrooms need to understand how racism functions systemically. This transformational workshop expands fluency in concepts, realities, and reactions to conversations about race. Topics are presented in interactive group zoom sessions and breakout activities that inspire educators to value and incorporate the cultural differences of students for a broadened classroom experience.
