To earn this badge, a participant must understand how SEL can help them set goals that relate to the five SEL Competencies (Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Responsible, Decision-Making, Relationship Skills, and Social Awareness). They will develop a course of action to accomplish goals and participate in mindfulness practices that support personal needs to achieve goals and ultimately promote job satisfaction and self-worth.
