NAF Child and Youth Services Financial Management (CYS FinMan)
The course provides child and youth services employees practical hands on experience necessary to recognize and apply financial management processes required to increase overall proficiency and successfully operate a financial sound CYS program. Topics include CYS Business Enterprise; Financial Management Protocols; Income Statements; annual operating budget; financial statements; sources of income; labor costs; internal controls; CYS Food Programs; and financial management analysis.
