NAF Personnel Management: Recruitment, Readiness, and Retention
Students perform and execute human resource management duties such as recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining of personnel; maximizing efficiency and productivity; analyzing generations of our workforce and hiring practice; onboarding; creating realistic job standards; managing and evaluating performance; and describing and identifying employee rights and the manager's responsibilities in relationship to Workers' Comp, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Labor Relations.
