Earning Criteria

All candidates must complete and review four online courses and webinar presentations. A final online exam must be completed to earn the designation. A strong understanding of the role of coaching; the quality elements of I&R; the required knowledge, aptitude and attitude; coaching and communication techniques; the development of individual performance plans; and individual learning styles are required.
