Earning Criteria

Attendees will participate in a classroom session where they are provided examples of the Experiential Learning Delivery techniques and how to apply them. During this time, they will re-imagine a module of their organizations content and conduct a practice teach-back with feedback session.
Upon completing the classroom portion post certification audits are completed to ensure participants are able to apply the skills they learned in their own training environment.
