Badge holders who have completed the 6-month Accountancy Future Leaders Programme (AFLP) are equipped with practice management leadership capabilities to lead successful changes in the firm(s). Through a series of e-learning, project work with coaching, leadership talks and facilitated workshops that focus on Business, People and Technology Strategies, the participants are geared up with leadership capabilities, market insights and business growth tactics.

Earning Criteria

Developed by ISCA in partnership with the Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC), the AFLP provides a structured and formalised professional development pathway aimed at developing selected individuals of accounting firms, in particular the Small and Medium Practices (SMPs), in leadership capabilities which is essential for succession planning. It also aims to improve the competitiveness of SMPs and to enhance the quality of their services.
Completion of all e-learning modules, workshops, talks and project work.
