Earners of the Propel Certificate have been tapped as high-potential employees and possible future leaders at IAS. Throughout the Propel Program, they have developed various leadership skills, including highly effective communication, business acumen fundamentals, emotional intelligence, how to establish a culture of accountability and inclusiveness, and much more. The program focuses on the ATD ACCEL model to define five critical abilities for management and leadership success.

Earning Criteria

  • The participant rolled in the 6-month Emerging Leaders Program live sessions which focused on developing various skills including accountability, emotional intelligence, business acumen, innovation, recognizing revenue-generating opportunities, client focus, communication, advanced presentation skills, and strategy and inclusion.
  • Worked with their peers in a small group setting to design, build, and complete an end-of-program, cross-functional, Capstone Project. The Capstone Project involved working with multiple stakeholders and ownership various points of the project, including project scope, research, implementation, identifying success metrics, and presenting to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at IAS for feedback and approval.
