The organization that receives this award, features affirmative employee testimonials, illustrating coaching's influence on individuals and the entire organization. It presents pre-established ROE and ROI measures, alongside tangible financial outcomes in impacted sectors, convertible to monetary value. Furthermore, vital employee indicators are provided to substantiate coaching's profound impact.

Within the winning organization, coaches hold valid ICF credentials. The organization adeptly showcases its confidentiality safeguards. Managers/leaders using coaching skills and internal coaches undergo a minimum of 60 hours of ICF-accredited, coach-specific training. Coaches themselves complete at least 125 hours of accredited training. Additionally, coaches actively participate in quarterly Mentor Coaching and/or Coaching Supervision sessions annually.
