Earners of the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation demonstrate an understanding of the full spectrum of design, funding and administration of group health and retirement benefits—elevating their role in employee engagement and organizational success. CEBS is offered by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, with curriculum and exams developed by the program co-sponsor, Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
