Earners of the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation demonstrate an understanding of group and health benefits. With curriculum and exams developed by the program co-sponsor, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, designees are prepared to effectively design, administer, and communicate group benefits. The GBA is part of the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS) credential, offered by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
