Earners of the Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designation demonstrate an understanding of DC and DB retirement plans, and management of plan assets. With curriculum and exams developed by the program co-sponsor, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, designees are prepared to effectively design and manage retirement plans. The RPA is part of the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS) credential, offered by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
