Earning Criteria

IPMA Czech Republic
Certified Executive Trainer Certification requires that the Candidate shall have within the last 8 year: Minimum of 5 years of experience with a minimum of 1500 working hours as a lead trainer in project management training activities with a strategic impact on the individuals, teams or organisations professional development.
Candidates have to fill in a set of application documents in order to be qualified for Certified Executive Trainer certification: Application, CV for Initial Certification, Training Study, Full Self Assessment, Referees.
The certification process involves several steps for the assessment of a candidate and is described in detail in the International Certification Regulations for the Assessment of Individuals in Project Management Consulting, Coaching and Training.
