Earning Criteria

Chilean Corporation for Project Management
Certified Senior Agile Leader Certification requires that the Candidate shall have a minimum of 5 years of leadership with impact experience, of which 3 years within a complex agile environment.
Candidates have to fill in a set of application documents in order to be qualified for Senior Agile Leader certification: Application, CV, Executive Summary Report, Full Self Assessment, and References.
The certification process involves several steps for the assessment of a candidate and is described in detail in the International Certification Regulations for the Assessment of Individuals in Agile Leadership. At Level B it includes an Exam, a Report and an Interview.
