During the webinar it was defined what Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) in organizational context is and why should it matter for business organizations. The webinar further explored types of biases, including stereotyping and microaggression, that is detrimental to teams’ cohesiveness; environment that allows them to thrive; and altogether the DEI initiative or program some organizations have implemented. Finally, iw was concluded with benefits, as well as, key success factors of DEI.
