Restorative Conversations Inside and Outside the Classroom (9 hrs PDH)
Earners of the badge have built knowledge in shifting focus from traditional models of student discipline and codes of conduct, restorative justice focuses on relationships, accountability, and harm reparation. They have learned how to help students feel more connected to each other, teach peaceful conflict resolution skills, and develop a culture of accountability. Nine (9) professional development hours are earned for this course.
